Good News! 29 Nigerian Referees Get FIFA Badges

global football governing body, fifa has provided badges to 29 nigerian referees.

exposure secretary of the nigeria referees association, kelechi mejuobi, said 22 guys and seven female referees received the badges.

they’re 14 centre referees and assistant referees, 4 futsal referees and four beach soccer referees.

in keeping with him, the seven ladies are all football referees and assistant referees.

he defined: “from the 2017 approved referees, abubakar in the past – from male football – hadiza musa – from female soccer – and ushie micheal – from seaside soccer – all retired and have been changed by using 3 younger referees – abubarka abdulahi (men’s soccer), persistence madu (girls’s football) and olayinka olajide (seaside soccer).

“the referees acquired their fifa badges from the nigeria soccer federation officers in kano and are available to officiate in any continental sport – as well as domestic suits.”
