Governor Of Kaduna State El-Rufai Speaks On How President Buhari Will Win 2019 Presidential Election

Nasir El-Rufai, Governor of Kaduna kingdom, has expressed optimism that the President Muhammadu Buhari-led All Progressives Congress, APC, will emerge victorious in 2019 presidential election.

The governor said boasted that the APC might win 24 states of the federation in the subsequent elections.
